Espriuno, T-Shirt, Computer, Electronics, LEDs
The posture-shirt is a project aimed at increasing awareness of people's posture. The posture-shirt achieves this by communicating the wearer's posture to himself and his/her surroundings.
The human physique is at an all-time low because of our technological advancements. Our body and muscles have not adapted to a lifestyle without any or much exercise and many modern jobs require that you sit for a large part of the day. This and limited awareness has led to an increase in injury caused by bad postures. We seek to increase the awareness of this issue with our posture-shirt. The posture-shirt keeps track of your posture and makes you and your surroundings aware of it, signaling a bad and good posture with bright red and green LEDs respectively.
